Payment Terms .

→ Payments accepted by bank transfer  banking.

→ 50% deposit on booking  → Balance 30 days before the arrival date.

→ Security deposit of $ 1000 for  villas  -   $ 200 for  apartment.

The security deposit is returned to the tenant on the day of departure after counting the consumption of electricity,  and in accordance with

rental agreement.
